Through the forms on the site, the Keon Group collects information (hereinafter your “Personal Information”).  This information includes the following:

  • Any special requests you make to us.

The Keon Group may process your personal information:

3 – Recipients

Only the Keon Group is the recipient of your Personal Information. These, whether in individual or aggregated form, are never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subsidiaries of the Keon Group (more information about this subject in point 7 below). 4 – Retention Period

Your Personal Information is kept by the Keon Group only for hte time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in 2 above which cannot in any case exceed 36 months.

Right of Access and Communication of Data

You have the right to access your Personal Information.  However, due to the obligation of security and confidentiality in the processing of personal data incumbent on the Keon Group, you are informed that your application will be processed provided you return proof of your identity, in particular by the production of a scan of your valid identity document (in case of application by our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (if requested in writing).  

The Keon Group informs you that it will be entitled, if necessary, to oppose manifestly abusive requests (by their number, repetitive or systematic nature). Right of Rectification of Data

Under this right, the legislation empowers you to request the rectification, updating, locking or deletion of any data concerning you that may prove to be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.  You can also define general and specific guidelines for the fate of personal data after your death. Right of opposition

6 – Response time

The Keon Group engages to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.


7 – Partners

The Keon Group collects information from its subsidiaries. 


The personal data collected through the forms available on our sites can be used for communication, marketing of our products and improving our relationship with you.  Your data may be transmitted to other companies of the Group in order to propose you the appropriate offers. You have rights guaranteed by the regulations in force and you can, in particular, oppose this treatment at any time.


8 – Complaint to the Competent Authority
